Genny was born on February 22, 1927 in Monroe, MI to James Levi and Sarah Baum. Perry “Pete” Fletcher, age 64, of Jackson, Michigan, passed away on November 22, 2022 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital due to a long illness. Grief Support
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Faith in Action or the UMRCPH Foundation Benevolent Care Fund. Her body has been donated to the University of Michigan to support medical research; a burial service for her ashes will take place at a later date. The donations will be used for a memorial and to establish a scholarship fund administered by the Dexter Rotary.
He is also survived by his sister, Mary Alice Allen, niece, Gayle, and nephew, David Allen. Paul is loved and will be missed by a large extended family which includes many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. In 1945, Bob married Selma Herter, and they were married for 66 years until her passing in 2011. Bob is also survived by two sisters, Mary Ann Hansen, and Linda Kociba, brother-in-law, Stanley Toney, and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was born on March 9, 1921 on his family's Centennial Farm in Webster Twp., the first born child of Carl and Emma Mast. Robert Neil Mast, age 101, of Dexter, MI, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at his home. Although he put up with Parkinson’s disease, congestive heart failure, and skin cancer among other things, he never complained or let those ailments slow him down. He accepted his conditions with grace, and as a lifetime philosopher, he recognized and accepted that living to 100 came with a heavy price that he was more than willing to pay.
Although we are moving forward in the next chapter of Mitchell Funeral Home's legacy, we will continue to uphold the same care and promise of service established nearly 100 years ago. She faithfully stood by her husband’s side, following him to Arkansas after mortician school where she raised their family and joined alongside him in the business contributing her cosmetology, customer and secretarial skills. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, and numerous of friends. She is a member of Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist church of Arkadelphia and every now and again you can catch her singing a solo in church for her pastor. He was a regular MC for Dexter High School’s talent shows, and he spoke numerous times at assemblies at the high school on motivation and positive thinking. She had lived in the Jackson area for the past 20 years, moving from Leslie. Thelma was born April 12, 1944 in Stockbridge, MI, the daughter of Frank and Rachel Mary Minix. She worked in the Remanufacturing Department of General Motors for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her beloved dog, Bandit.
